Age of Conan: Unchained

Age of Conan: Unchained is a massive multi-player roleplay game where players immerse themselves in the fascinating medieval world of Conan. Here, only violence and brute strength can protect you against the many dangers found in the lands of Hyboria.

The first thing you have to do when you start a game in Age of Conan: Unchained is to create your character by selecting their sex, race and class. Unsurprisingly, you can choose the sex of your character as either male or female. For the race, you can choose between Cimmerian, Stygian, Aquilonian or Khitan, each with their own particular advantages.

When choosing your class, you have yet more options, among the twelve available are barbarian, of course, and the Queen.

Once you enter the world of Hyboria, you discover a rich MMO with many possibilities. The best, without question, is the combat system, which has been developed with far more care and attention than other features in the game.

This does not mean, however, that the world feels empty or there is little to do. In fact, throughout your adventure you will find lots of AI controlled characters, secret places that are difficult to access, and of course, lots of equipment to further customise your character.

Graphically, Age of Conan: Unchained is an outstanding title. Particularly impressive is the design of the female characters, which have clearly been given special care and attention.

Age of Conan: Unchained is a fun MMORPG that, although not on the same level as the biggest titles such as Guild Wars 2 or World of Warcraft, proves to be an excellent choice in the Free 2 Play sector.
